Delightful summer cottage being updated and all newly painted for 2009.andnbsp; New queen bed in Master bedroom. Great family home for relaxing on the large deck, kayaking the lagoon, great play beach on the lagoon for children.andnbsp; The bunk house with two bedrooms is directly behind the main part of the house, about 10 steps across the yard.andnbsp; The views are spectacular and expansive. Town, movies, large public beaches, restaurants etc are all with in 1.5 miles of the house.
