Located in the Lagoon Heights in a wooded area and within walking distance of bus stops to beaches, towns and airport. Watch spectacular sunset at the Sailing Camp which is a short 5 minute walk away. The Golf course and a bike path are nearby. The home is located only a mile from the bustling activities of Oak Bluffs center with restaurants, shops, movies, the well know Gingerbread Houses, the 1st carousel in the nation and the famous Inkwell public beach. This house is a perfect spot for rest and relaxation, day dreaming or reading a book under a big beautiful tree in the front yard.
