I recently spent three nights at the West Beach House! We enjoyed a quiet celebration on my father's 75th birthday - it was a very special event and a perfect place to spend it! We happened to hit it as a a nice Pacific storm was blowing through the area - it was exciting as the waves crashed just off the deck at high tide (this is generally a calm body of water in front of the house)! The views from the main level living areas as well as from two of the upstairs bedrooms are spectacular - unobstructed to the water! The house is extremely well equipped for a rental house! We ate most of our meals in and never felt we need any additional anything in the kitchen!! The beds/furniture and finishes of this house are all first rate!
The weather did not stop us from enjoying the trails in the State Park nearby and exploring Langley, Coupeville, Deception Pass and anacortes. Spending time at this house anytime of the year would be awesome - we loved it!

I am a travel agent and I would highly recommend renting this house for your stay on Whidbey Island. The house is perfectly maintained and the views are just magnificent! Pictures don't do it justice...so much nicer in person! Great location, easy access to major attractions, wonderful rental house!

What an absolutely peaceful and beautiful break! Vacations are great, but sometimes require some effort to get situated and settled in...not the case at the West Beach House! Everything we needed was there...mountains in the distant, flocks of birds, a quiet body of water to look out on, beautiful parks to walk to and a haven for our pup. There was nothing to figure out...easy easy easy- making it the perfect place for a weekend or longer. Well worth the drive from Portland! Can't wait to return!!!

We had an awesome time at the beach house! The bedrooms are amazing, as soon as you open your eyes you see water and skyline. Our group had 4 - but the house could comfortably fit more than that. Our stay coincided with a bit of a snow storm, so we made good use of the fire place too!The photos on the listing don't do justice for how great the view is - almost every room has full views of the water, which is just a few feet out the back door.
The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals while we were snowed in - we grabbed groceries from the nearby Saar's Grocery in Oak Harbor. Also checked out Toby's in Coupeville and had some tasty mussels. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

The house is situated right on the beach, with a bird sanctuary on the other side. We took an easy walk down the beach to a great park during the day, and then sat on the back patio to watch an amazing sunset. There's even an 18-hole golf course within walking distance. Spectacular views of the Olympics and the San Juan Islands from the bedrooms and main living area. The house has a great layout that is perfect for families - we played games until late without disturbing the kids upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen, and the house was spotless throughout. I'd recommend it to all my friends!
