Gracepoint is a four bedroom, four bathroom home located on the West Beach portion of beautfiul Oak Island, NC. The property features one king, three queens, and one daybed. Amenities include two oceanfront covered porches, and an open deck, elevator, and an outdoor shower. West Beach, stretching almost four and a half miles from Middleton Avenue west to the point of the island, is the most secluded stretch of beach on Oak Island. Gracepoint is a truly lovely home - upscale, spacious, warm, comfortable. But, that's just the icing on the cake. This piece of real estate on Oak Island is so beautifully and uniquely situated that one can see a peaceful sunrise over the marsh in the morning, and the most spectacular beach sunset in the evening. A private boardwalk to the big, sparsely populated beach, outdoor shower, elevator, gourmet kitchen, killer master suite - these were all terrific surprises. But, that master suite deck? At sunset? Wow. Unbeatable. Can't wait to go back!

This outstanding house sits on one of the finest sites for beach property I have ever seen, sharing views of the ocean in one direction and views of the marshes and a waterway behind. The kitchen is superb as is the master suite, while the rest of the house is also very nice. And who knew how much an elevator can improve moving in, moving out, and hauling in groceries until you experience it? We look forward to our next stay in this house a few months from now!
