Serendipity is a three bedroom, two bathroom home located in the Yaupon Beach portion of beautiful Oak Island, NC. The property features one king, one queen, and two single beds. Yaupon Beach, which runs almost two miles from Country Club Drive and the island's old bridge west to Southeast 58th Street is the core of the island. East Oak Island Drive is home to the majority of the island's shops and restaurants. Many fine vacation homes are located on the side streets that frequently dead end at the dunes. Spring Lake, NCGood place to have a beach vacation for the family
Left on 05/19/2011 for a stay in April 2011
Location excellent, quick walk to beach, nice neighborhood,
some commercial properties nearby but no problem.
House very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, yard was a little gross (ants) but I think that was b/c it was early in season & hadn't been cleaned up yet, mgmt got exterminator there immediately to treat ants, also had some issues with internet but again dealt with in timely manor (poor in mbrm).
Only suggestion - more explanation of trash pick-up and get a new toilet seat in mbrm. But, wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!
