The lodge was ideal with only one flaw.
We had a lovely family holiday.
Great bedrooms, kitchen facilities, wonderful quiet surroundings, hot tub was great, better than expected. Staff were really helpful.
The flaw was the seating in the lounge area. On a family holiday you want to sit round chatting, the settees were so uncomfortable my Dad resorted to lying on the bed instead.

The property was very stylish, the design was very tasteful.
It is actually a house made of brick with wood on the outside.
The location was lovely, the hot tub was a nice little extra, and the grounds men were all very friendly and helpful.
The hot tub was cleaned daily and our log supply was topped up every day for the wood burner.
The games that were there for the children to play with were in very good condition.
The location was great, and it was handy to have Alton Towers on the door step as well as other Peak District attractions like Carsington Water and Trentham gardens were worth a visit.
