What a great place for a relaxing vacation!! The Cedarwoods property was clean, spacious, upscale looking, quiet and in a great location. The property is neatly tucked away on the side of the hill and included many additions such as a hot tub, fireplace, pool table and many other games. Our group visited the Deep Creek Lake area just in time for their Autumn Glory fall festival which lasts several days and provides many fun things to do. In addition there are parks and boat rentals in the area. I would recommend this area and this house for anyone interested in a relaxing getaway.

Hot Tub was disgusting and looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time! Huge disappointment when we were really looking forward to getting in

Contacted the guest about the hot tub. We were not aware of the hot tub problem. I explained the tub was drained and filled before he arrived and that it was an iron build up. Told him next time please to contact me and I could send someone out for him to cleanup the tub. He appreciated the phone call and said he loved the home.

The house was in excellent condition and the management personnel with whom I spoke were excellent. The pool table and hot tub were great features. Overall we were satisfied, but the beds/bedding were very poor quality and much of the cookware is far past its useful life (e.g., teflon coatings that are more than 1/2 scratched off pans). Also much of the cookware was dirty and had to be rewashed before use.

The kitchen floor was very dirty, and the down stair microwave was very dirty too. Also the washer and dryer didn't work very well and the down stairs tap player eats tapes ,the dvd play in one room didn't work. The up stair tub didn't drain. By the way the toilets were very dirty as well we would even sit on them .

The house is beautiful but we did not have a hot tub key upon arrival and the rental office was not open so we could not use it the first night we were there, the upstairs whirlpool tub is gorgeous but there was not enough hot water to fill the tub and the water was green. There was a virus on the computer but the rental office took care of that as soon as we reported it.

Sadly, a nearby home was being power washed and having carpenter work done during our stay. This took 3 days. While the propery manager had no control over this, it was unfortunate. We were also disappointed at the level of sulfur/iron that was in the water.
