Everything was great and we had all we needed, the only thing that could have improved this property was T.V. It was supposed to have antenna tv but no channels came in at all, we did not miss much but it's nice to have at night when you're winding down the day and would would like to see the news. We enjoyed our trip and are wanting to come back next year.

Actually the owner recently upgraded to cable TV and internet - we aren't sure what was wrong with the TV? Please let us know if you are having problems while at the house so that we can correct any problems while you are there - we are certainly going to look into this to ensure that there are no glitches with the newly installed cable TV/internet!

This house was great. The hot tub was awesome. It was quiet and secluded yet close to everything. Clean and neat and very comfortable. We are already talking about our next stay. Check in was a breeze and the contact I had with the staff prior to arrival was friendly and informative. Would definatly recommend them to everyone!! It was dog friendly and mine enjoyed it every bit as much as we did. The only thing I would change/request was that the brush around the house and fire pit be trimmed back more. Can't wait to visit again!

Had a great time w/ this no-frills, but perfectly accommodating space. Nice hot tub. Beautiful deck. Key was already at the house, so there was no "check-in" necessary. Was a short drive to deep creek lake and a variety of state parks. Surrounded by woods, so was able to spend time around the house without feeling like we were bothering the neighbors. Great alternative get-away for Memorial Day weekend.

3 best friend stay at Memory Maker for a long hunting weeekend, this is our second year, we found the rental exactly as last year- clean, neat and everything operating as expected. Hot tub was in perfect condition and we used it everyday. All the kitchen items were there and cooking was like at home. The staff at Offlake Rentals were very helpful and professional. We did have a blown breaker switch, we the maintenance guy came and replaced quickly.
Will do the same stay next year. -

We stayed in this cabin for three nights. It was very private and secluded. Our favorite time was spent in the hot tub and next to the fire pit. My sister-in-law attempted to use the jetted tub in 2nd. floor bathroom and we noticed water dripping from light fixture in kitchen so we immediately had to drain the tub. The beds were not made the best when we got there and we just hoped they were clean linens. Next time, we wish to stay closer to the lake but overall a great family weekend!

Given that we spent half of our vacation at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, my review of Memory Maker may be limited. Upon arriving at Memory Maker, my spouse was complaining of stomach pains which turned out to be acute appendicitis. So, one burst appendix, a trip to the ER, and four days spent in outpatient surgery later, we did manage to spend the last four days of our trip at Memory Maker. The cabin itself was very inviting and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub (Carmine could not soak after surgery so I had it all to myself!) and sitting out on the back deck with a beer. Mm is conveniently close to Garrett Highway, the grocery store, restaurants, etc. You truly could not ask for more in a lake area property. And what ultimately keeps me coming back to Offlake (I have booked a couple vacations with them so far) is their incredible service, generosity, and prices! I have never dealt with a friendlier and more accommodating rental company and I have been going to Deep Creek Lake for decades. I highly recommend booking with Offlake, whether you stay at Memory Maker or any other property. Just a word of advice, definitely opt for the travel insurance because you never know what may happen!!!

We were very fortunate that the owners agreed to allow our cats to stay here, all of us thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The on-line description does not fully describe all of the extra amenities available, which on top of a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, individual room heating and jet bathtub, includes a game table with air hockey and foosball, as well as a PS2, movies and board games. We brought our own entertainment and were pleasantly surprised at what was already there. The location was also excellent, a short drive from Wisp, a well-stocked beverage store and the grocery store. The only issue we had was that the microwave didn't work, and due to the holidays we couldn't reach the staff (which is understandable). It didn't negatively impact our stay and they immediately replaced the microwave when we notified them on our last day. We look forward to staying there in the future!

Memory Maker was great, very well outfitted, clean and the hot tub was super (and well maintained). The cabin was totally ready for us when us arrived and everything worked well and the place was well stocked with all the convienences of home. This was the perfect place for 3 guys to have a nice weekend hunt around Deep Creek. Just a few things- it would be nice to have had a washer and dryer- there's room in the utility room. Also, the view from the hot tub with the shed is not the best, but really that's the only suggestions we have. We'll be back soon. Btw- we all did well hunting! Bob and Stacy were great to work with.

We had a great time at Deep Creek thanks to our home away from home, Memory Maker. Its location is close to everything but also tucked away from all the the hussle and bussel. Very well equipped kitchen and all the bath looked to be recently renovated. Wonderful and helpful staff at the rental office. Absolutely will come back to Memory Maker again.

the home is truly tucked away in the woods and extremely private, but close to everything we needed!! the decor is very cozy and the entire house was immaculate!! we were impressed with the ease of letting ourselves in and leaving (no need to stop at the realty office!) we can't wait to go back!!!

The Memory Maker was a very nice place to stay. The location was secluded, but close enough to activities. The only issues I had were that the washer, dryer and dishwasher were not operable during our stay. We planned on having these things. It would have been nice to have cable television, especially due to the rain during our visit.

We were not aware that the washer, dryer and dishwasher were not operable and we have not had complaints from renters since. We do have maintenance men on staff to take care of problems such as broken appliances.
Cable television was not available at the time of this visit. It has since been installed. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Memory Maker, the only thing that wasn't pleasant was the weather, it rained all day Saturday & Sunday. Friday night was great, really enjoyed the hot tub.
All the people at Offlake Rentals were very helpful and courteous especially Andrew, thanks for all your help. We are looking forward to renting from Offlake again. -

The house was clean and well maintaned. Warm setting. The furniture could have been more comfortable. The hot tub was great but it needs a screen to hide it from view ormove it to the left side of the house or rear.
I tried several times to start the fireplace but no go. It needs to be tested the gas filled or whatever. It put a damper on the eveing.
The shed area needs to be hiden, it takes away from the appearance of the house as you frist come up to it.
It would also be helful if there was a list of events, restaurants, delieveries ( food ), horse back rides, etc for the month on the dinning table.
The best part was that we were alone. Any place that was alone and everything worked would have been great.

Thank you for the feedback on Memory Maker. Unfortunately, the shed and hot tub are permanent fixtures, but some type of screen around the hot tub is a great idea. We will definitely get with the owner and see what can be done. As far as the fireplace not working, that was very unfortunate. All fireplaces are checked the day of arrival to ensure they are working properly, but in the event a renter is having problems, they are always able to call the 24 emergency line.
