Champagne Taste is an excellent home. It is spacious, with plenty to do. It is on the lake with a dock. Could not ask for a better property. Love the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Perfect place to entertain. It was a little dirty outside and lots of spiderwebs on the windows. But I guess that can be expected. Wish they rented this property during the winter months.

Hi and thanks for posting. The owner does do some winter bookings now at Champagne Taste. Go online and check it out. The house did have the cleanup outside also, Those are things that are really hard to keep 100% clean, but we do try. Especiall in the fall and winter season. Hope to see you again!

We were able to check in early and out a little late without a fee. We absolutely love this home and are repeat renters. It's extremely comfortable, well equipped,spacious, and beautiful!

We have rented with Railey for 14 years. This was our first experience with L&F.; The house was very nice and free of bugs. However, the basement bathroom (2nd Master) smelled of urine when the floor got damp after a shower. I believe that urine was embedded in the grout. The room had been cleaned well upon our arrival. This should be addressed by the owner. Also, it was a bit unusual with young children to require that closet doors remain open to keep electronics cool. It would have been nice if the owner parked their boat offsite so that we could have had our jet ski close by (we rented a boat). I will not rent this house again. Also, two toilets were not working when we arrived.

every y thing was great except that Tv systemin the BR above garage was not working (supposedly this was known and was not corrected. Other small inconveniences :handles loose on pantry doors, one tie-down on dock for boat broken, ladder into the lake on one side needed a nut. Internet service non-existent as system was not secure and after one use a lot of trash sites kept popping up. System was shut down for the week. When Foster was called, they responded immediately and had all items fixed except TV above garage BR and internet. Did not call about tie down on dock.

The interior and exterior of the home is gorgeous; convenience and upscale throughout.
The interior window screens were saturated with cobwebs and spiders; the windows were so dirty and cloudy ... just disappointing because the view to the lake is so open and lovely.
