My husband and I spent weeks driving over and back between Frederick,our hometown, and deep creek lake to find the perfect spot for our vacation. The location of this home is what really stuck out to us. It was right on the lake while still being relatively close to everything. It truely had everything we were looking for with very reasonable rates. We can't wait to return and enjoy it all over again.

Location was the best and the home exquisite! The layout afforded each family with children privacy in their own wing! The view was spectacular and the entire family enjoyed and used the huge yard! We loved it all!

Definitely recommend this property, situated in a quiet cul de sac it had its own charm. The lake views were just so beautiful and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Only one drawback, not everyone could take showers at the same time, we would need to stagger to get ready as water would finish and it would take time to refill again. But we all were
comfortable and enjoy the home. -

Our family has been to Deep Creek many times and always enjoyed our stay,but this year the house and location were the best!The staff at Long and Foster were very nice and helpful.The house was nice and clean and furnished very nicely as well as the location.The kitchen had every thing needed,plenty of dishes,bowls pots and pans and silverware.All the parents,kids,grandkids,greatgrand child and two dogs loved our weeks vacation!!

We did like the house especially the location. It would have been better if we were able walk directly to the lake and boat docks. But taking the required path ended up not being too far to walk.
The interior was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc.
There were several problems with the dryer and the ice maker and the lower level TV never worked at all, which was a problem for us not to send the children there to watch their shows. According to what was supplied an ipod docking ststion was missing. When we reported problems the repair group did respond. But the mentioned items were never fixed.
Over all we did like the home and plan to return. But we will ask about the items that were defective and hope these are more functional. -

Love! the Morning Sun home. It is in an excellent location, not far off the main road but on a very quiet cove (Heron Cove) with a large no wake area. This home is designed with the bedrooms spread out for individual privacy, but has 3 large common rooms where the family can gather. Love! the large deck and patio, too! The kids especially love the pool table, play house under the stairway, and the sand volleyball court (that doubles as a giant sandbox!). This was our second trip to Morning Sun on Deep Creek Lake and we are already planning our visit for next year!
Long and Foster is a great realtor to work with. They make check in and check out simple and quick.

We rented the house for our annual couples weekend. We had 6 couples participate this year and I loved the open space where some could sit and play games while others could relax and talk, but we were all together. Kitchen was well equipped with every gadget you could think of as we cook all our meals while we were there. One thing I would suggest is up grading the Tv's in the bedrooms. I haven't looked at a tv that small since I was a kid.

We had a great stay in Morning Sun! There were three families, 6 adults and 8 kids and we had plenty of room! The kids loved the basement and spacious yard/volleyball court. The adults loved the views from the deck! The only negative was the fact that although we were lakefront we couldn't use the lake immediately in front of us...we had to walk a little bit to get to our slip. The area between us and the lake was private property so we had to go all the way around it. This wouldn't stop us from renting this property again, though.

Morning Sun is a very comfortable home with plenty of room - large living area where the family can gather and large bedrooms for privacy. The house comes with a sand volleyball court that doubled as a huge sandbox for the kids! The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, and cooking utensils, pots and pans. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck overlooking the water. We did have an issue with low water pressure, but after a call to Long and Foster they had the problem fixed immediately! We plan on returning to Morning Sun next summer!

My entire immediate family and I spent two days at Morning Sun and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was so beautiful and very comfortable. And with so much space we were not tripping over each other. We loved the view in the morning from the doors, looking over the lake. And the little kids LOVED the kids cabin on the lower level.The only thing I didn't like was check out time at 10:00 a.m. It was so hard getting 16 people(8 being children) out the door. I t would be nicer to have a later time to check out.

Wonderful, Wonderful time!! The house was perfect, loved the 2 fireplaces and the cozy atmosphere. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. And the view from the living room was amazing. Everyone had a grand time and wished they could have stayed longer. We all love coming to Deep Creek for the Christmas Holidays. A true family get together with food,fun and laughter!!
