Cost ranges from approximately $100 to $200 per stay, depending on house size (weekend or week). All rentals include our Security Deposit Waiver program, which protects you from accidental damage up to $3,000. All rentals are charged a processing fee of $80, plus local and state taxes totaling 12%. Many homes allow rentals with a 2-night minimum throughout the year, except for major holidays which may be subject to higher rates and 3-night minimum stays. The service from the rental agent was perfect, giving us all the information we needed, including exact directions to the house. Very promptly in every request and questions. The house was completely ready for us, clean, fresh linens, cut firewood and directions on how to operate TV sets, the hot tub and getting onto the internet.The furniture was comfortable, especially for family use, having small children.The home was at the lake, with a scenic view of the lake and is located on a quiet secluded area.We liked the entire home and it's furnishings.We didn't experience the least desirable aspect of the otherwise wonderful location. The road into the neighborhood would probably a 4-wheel drive car or truck, even though, we understand that the roads into the neighborhood are kept open in a timely manner.

This house was a dream.
The pictures really don't do it justice. The kitchen is big and user friendly, they have all the conveniences that you need. In a recent review there was a comment about the pans so I brought some of my own. There is nothing wrong with their pans.. cook away. The house is spacious and big!!! could easily sleep more people if needed. The only bad thing which wasn't even that bad was the yard by the lake had some old platforms up on blocks kind of cluttered. The dock and water are beautiful. I recommend this to any family. The quiet street allows young children to ride their bikes, only wish we could have had a bond fire by the lake.

Outstanding vacation. We were very comfortable in the pet friendly home. Easy access to the lake was a plus. We look forward to future stays and highly recommend Coldwell Bankers.

The cottage worked well for our family needs. The orgininal cottage is quaint with a wonderful fireplace, and large family dining table also bar stools around the counter. There were 6 adults & 2 children 4 & 6 yrs old,and a golden retreivier who laid at the front door to protect us.. We celebrated our granddauhter's 6th birthday around the table. A wonderful additon to the orginal cottage... "The Great Room" (must be 20 x 20) with a wall of windows facing the lake nice and bright. Plenty of room for everyone to move about without tripping all over each other. The master bedroom is hugh, and there is a little loft area great for the children to play or just to hang out and read. The location is at the end of a point and wonderful for children hardly any traffic.
The cottage could use a kettle, some wine glasses a potato masher. Some of the older teflon coated pots I didn't use, too scratched with the finish coming off. The beds are very firm...(which some people perfer)...We bought some foam pads from Walmart which helped! We would not hesitate to rent this cottage again. Very relaxing area. Just wish that the weather was a little better. There were some windows of opportunity and we were able to get out to some of the local parks and fishing off the dock.
One very sad thing about Deep Creek area. No Recycling! -

We had a great week and loved the house. We would like to rent again next year. Loved the master bedroom and Riley (the dog) loved the deck so did all our guest.
