House was fantastic. Plumbing system needs some work as the water came out brown on the first couple times we turned it on.

House is located in a very busy section of the lake -- noise from the road makes it impossible to keep windows open and traffic on the lake creates so many waves that boats and jet skiis bang up constantly against the floating dock. The house was well-equipped but had very uncomfortable outdoor furniture (some falling apart) and indoor main room furniture is worn. When garbage disposal was leaking, it took 2 days to repair with no communication from the realtor. The service person came and emptied out everything from under the sink and told us not to use garbage disposal until it was replaced. He left things scattered across the kitchen floor and returned 2 days later to replace it.

The area on the lake is a very good location for boating to any where on the lake. The deck chairs are in need of replacement and the Hot tub is small. But overall it was a nice place. Other family members really enjoyed it there.
