We were very impressed with the ease of reservation, check in and most importantly, the beautiful house. It had such a beautiful view and everything we needed for a fun vacation. House was centrally located to ski resort, restaurants, shopping and had a spectacular view of the lake. The only downside to this house was the stove-burners were very slow to heat making it very difficult to cook for 10 people. Although the driveway had a steep incline(making it difficult for non all wheel drive cars to park), the rental facility did come and shovel snow throughout the week! Overall experience was a very positive one and would definitely rent this house in the future!

We recently stayed at Changes in Attitude for the
second straight February for a ski weekend at Wisp,
which is an easy 15 minutes away.
We were in and out of the Railey office after picking
up the keys from the friendly staff. The house is
very nice and open, the kitchen is stocked with pots
and pans to make dinner, the downstairs bunk area is
great for all the singles in the group, the hot tub
is an excellent way to make sure your muscles are
fresh the next day on the slopes.
The driveway is very steep and both years I've gone
front-wheel-drive sedans have gotten stuck for the
weekend, but 4WD SUVs have handled it just fine so it
hasn't been an issue.

This is a beautifully appointed, well maintained lake front house that is large enough to accommodate and extended family. We especially loved the kitchen, decks and hot tub. It is obvious that the owners love their home and strive to keep it ship shape. In fact, Changes in Attitude inspired us to buy our own house on the lake.

Accommodations-super! The kitchen was a dream for feeding all our hungry
skiers, very well equipped. Would love to make a summer trip and enjoy the
great lake front. Check in/out was simple. Easy access, conveniently out of
the way for a feeling of more privacy. -

The place was absolutely gorgeous. However, when we first checked in they told us the oven was broke but not to worry that their was some sort of roaster that could fit a large turkey in it. I think it would've been nice to get a phone call beforehand informing us that the oven was broke and giving us the opportunity to switch our rental because of it instead of telling us once we had arrived. Anyway, this large "roaster" was the size of a microwave and definately could not cook the food we brought. We called the office but noone seemed to care. Besides that the bath tub leaked through the ceiling which wasnt a huge deal we just had to call maintenance to fix it. The view was great and we had an awesome time being with family and friends, i just wish the customer service would have been a little better. Acting like the oven was broke was no big deal was completely wrong, we had to spend our vacation time shopping for food and figuring out what to do with what we already brought instead of using that time to enjoy ourselves. When we checked out we did bring this up again and were given 10% off of our next stay. This was very nice I just wish it would have been offered up front instead of making us complain 15 times about it.
