Second year in a row at this house. Very nice and well kept. 6 full bedrooms is a huge plus for a couples group and the price is right when split up. Service was quick to respond when we needed in the breaker room of the house. Only complaint if any would be the lack of heat in the basement/gameroom. Very cold to sleep down there on the pull out couch and the space heaters provided don't do the best job. Blew the fuse trying to use too many at once. Other than that, nice place. We'll be back for sure.

This was our third stay at Deer Pass. The accommodations are very good for eleven people. Maintenance people responded very quickly for two calls. The only real complaint is that some of the bathroom fixtures needed some maintenance. We indicated so on the survey form. The location is superb.

The house was much nicer and bigger than I thought, based on the photos. The house was very clean and neat. Having a large crowd, it was nice to have different places to go in the house - lounging on the deck, the hot tub, the game room downstairs, the quiet loft (w/computer), the quiet "reading room" (living room) or hanging out with the whole group on the main living/dining/kitchen area. The location was perfect - just a short walk down our own, secluded path to the lake. The house was also just a 5 minute drive to the store for essentials.

We have spent 11 summer weeks at Deep Creek. The last six have been at Deer Pass. We love the neighborhood, the wonderful home,the lake and all of it's activities. We plan to make next summer our 7th at Deer Pass. Our grandchildren consider our summer week at Deer Pass the best week of the year.

The house was great--really neat layout and lots of King Size beds. Everyone had a nice cozy place to sleep. We always look for a house with a gameroom on a separate floor--this one was great (pingpong was a big hit). The only issue with the gameroom was that it was FREEZING. For some reason, it just could not get warm enough down there. The location was great--very cozy and quiet. The kitchen layout was open and nice--just wish it had an extra oven. The washer/dryer was located on the main floor--that was really convenient.
We went to the community pool--that was fun too.
We had one maintenance issue while we were there, but someone came out right away and addressed it. All told, it was a great experience. -

Deer pass was a great Rental for me and my friends for our traditional New Years weekend. The place had everything that we needed and was beautiful. We tend to pick a new place every year, but it might be a place that we try again.
