This house fit our needs for the annual family weekend. The eight bedrooms were the ticket we were looking for in the accomodations.
We ran into several issues in out short stay: Wi-fi didn't work until repaired in middle of stay, applinaces need updated as one freezer had a frozen ice dispenser (unusable) and the other refrigerator struggled to keep foods cold. One of the stoves did not work as well as the second.
Found out late afternoon on day 2 that the hot tub was not able to get to a good temp.
Even more disapointing was upon checkout, all that mattered was the problems were noted on the sheet for repair as she pushed the sheet aside and did not care to look at it or address any issues. Came across as "Your stay is over, sorry but we'll make it better for the next person" -

When everyone walked in they were very pleased with this lake house. Beautifully decorated and very roomy. The view was great. We had 22 guests and we never seemed to be on top of each other. I would highly recommend this house. There were a few minor problems like one of the refrigerators not staying cool, but we contacted the office. Oh and what would have made this house absolutely perfect would have been if we could've had a Baltimore channel on cable. 22 Ravens fans trying to find a place to watch the game. The Scenic Serenity property is very large and was able to accommodate our large extended family. The 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigarators are a nice touch when traveling with a large group. The large screen TV was nice, but it needs surround sound.

Our family including children, spouses, grand children said it was one of the best vacation Thay had ever had. We plan to Retrun. The only Negatine was I believe the cost for the house was a little high.

We liked the house as a whole. The house could use little things that will make it a home. Things like trash cans in all of the bathrooms and powder rooms. A few minor maintainance issues. The game room ceiling needs paint touch up. Some of the lamps didnt work in some of the bedrooms. Just little things. Walk around the house and take note. But overall we would stay there again. Thanks.

Loved the location of the home. The second refrigerator didn't work and thank god it was cold, because we had to place all of the drinks outside and monitor for freezing. I didn't like that we were not able to park all eight of our vehicles in the drive way like we were suppose too. However, we made it work. I had to also ask for towels and washclothes. This is not normal practice. All of the others times I have stayed, towels and washclothes were delivered. Overall, we had a great time because that's what the trip was intended for.
I love deep creek and look forward to staying and trying out the summer months, for a change.
Thanks to all of the people who make this possible and work so hard at doing so. See ya in the summer and next winter.

This house is amazing. Plenty of space and activities. During the days when we weren't skiing or tubing, we would explore the lake which is totally frozen over with dozens of ice fisherman.
Overall, a wonderful experience and would stay again. -

The home was spectacular. Right on the lake. Bedrooms were beautiful - home was well equiped. Upstairs loft area was nice to get away and read or watch TV. Great place, lots of room. Would defintely recommend to anyone.
