Annapolis, MDa little worn, but still a good time.
Left on 03/12/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Stayed here for a weekend. House was in a good location up on the mountain. Beautiful new golf course across the street. Great mountain and lake view. Indoor pool and party sized hot tub were great. Someone comes in, checks and adjusts chemicals often. Nicely equipt workout room. Bath towels and linens provided and appreciated. Kitchen was large and enough dining seating for everyone. On the other hand the house was worn a bit with stained carpet and tiles. The heat was spotty, being to hot in one room and cold in another. The house has 4 levels. While wifi and a pc is available the Tv's need to be replaced. Still big clunky box like tv's. Also the toilets were slow to flush, so thinking it's time for the home to be pumped. Caught a wiff of septic while doors were open. We did report the septic issue before we left. Would be nice to have had some glass stove top cleaner provided in the care package from Railey. Also the beds only had sheets and the bed spread. No blanket! This was very odd. We always remove the spreads and just use sheets and blankets. This home was expensive for a weekend but overall a nice location with plenty of space and pet friendly. With alittle TLC - this is a nice rental space.

We had a good time but it was cold upstairs the first two days but once it got warmer outside it was OK. Cook was hard because the pans weren't in good shape and the knives were dull.
The other thing was when we got there the trash bin outside was 3/4 full and the trash wan't picked up while we were there. -

Splash Mountain was a great house to stay in once we found it. The street signs were not visable. This house was spacious for 6 couples the amenities were great. The location of this house was ok and could be better if the driveway was blacktop and not gravel, especially in the snow. Liked best-spacious & amenities. Liked least-no broom or mop. Overall this is a great house to stay in!

This was one of the smaller houses me and my family/friends stayed in, but it was one of the best!! The house is open and wide. I love love the pool and the hot tub (Da bomb) . The Peolpe @ the office where you pick up your keys are the most wonderful and kind people ever!!! Yes deep creek I will be back next year.

Left on 10/27/2010 for a stay in October 2010
This was a very enjoyable stay. The family was excited and a good time was had by all. The only thing missing, was more time to stay. We have a crab feast every year in the month of October. I need a house that can comfortably handle the family. Splash Mountain was very comfortable and we loved the dining room tables. My only downfall with it, is the price. Having said that, I got what i paid for, a great time with our family. Thanks.

We loved Splash Mountain. The kids loved the pool, the expansive dining area let our whole group eat together and the furnishings and amenities were great. The view is fantastic and the area is a great place for a getaway.

Washington D.C. suburbsGreat house overall.

Beautiful house, slept 16 comfortably. I liked that the bedrooms were spread out over multiple layers. Great kitchen.
Recommend - dedicated ice machine, better deck furniture, new grill, and please allow more than 4 cars - if it sleeps 17 people, only 4 cars is unrealistic. -

The home was lovely, but the pull out sofa's had Cigarette butts in the beds and smell very bad, and the linen was not changed in the sofa's beds. The big black ants were taking over, in the house and on the deck. The aC unit was frozen when we arrived, so it was very hot the first night. Called front desk and someone came out the next day. It turned out to be a nice trip afterall.

Over all we loved the house however there were a few issues that could have
made it a better experience. We could not check in till well after 4:00 because
the cleaning crew was not finished, and that was a bummer. The kitchen had
the bare minimum as far as equipment and utensils for cooking. Sleeper sofa
downstairs was not good for sleeping - very uncomfortbale - better to sleep
on floor! We loved the pool and hot tub and the big master upstairs. -

As always, the service was great! The home was spotless when I arrived. The home worked very well for my guest and myself...it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My children liked it so much, they expressed the desire to return to Splash Mountain, and I promised them we would. I really perfer to be way up in the mountains, so the location was okay for me. I loved everything about Splash Mountain. I don't have any dislikes about this property.

Very, very nice home. There was a few things that previous renters had experienced or broke and left them unreported so we asked for them to be fixed. Master Bedroom: Bed frame was supported by a log. 3rd for fireplace broken. The pool exhaust fan had to be fixed as well. But our stay was wonderful besides these little occurences. The house was beautiful and we really appreciated the pool alarm. Very nice and helpful.
