This house and surrounding area was fantastic. The outside area was spacious and had all you could want in conveniences. The inside was spacious and well suited to our family with grandchildren. The gameroom was very entertaining, particularly for a November vacation, however our weather was great for the outside use also. The only snags were the loss of 2 Tv's and no bottled gas, but Raileys took good care of us as usual.

This was a very nice house with a great location in regard to the lake, but when we arrived there was a lot of things wrong with the house. The house was not cleaned very well for the amount of money paid for a week. Beer bottle caps, wrappers, glass, paper, old fireworks (sprinklers) and leaves and branches all over a beautiful patio. Lights burnt out (Shower), had to replace myself, filthy greasy stainless hood over range in kitchen. Sink and Dishwasher leaked water from the Center Island in Kitchen through the floor onto bed my in-laws were sleeping in downstairs. Spider webs everywhere, mostly on patio doors to deck. Again, beautiful house, but I would fire cleaning people and could have used a blower or vacuum for patio. First impression was not good, but after we cleaned up, we felt at home. I loved the dock on the lake and the fishing was fantastic.

Now that I have my reservation confirmed for summer 2011 I'll let the cat out of the bag! This newer vacation rental has got to be the nicest rental property on Deep Creek Lake! The patio speaks for itself and provides an excellent meeting point for the adults and kids to enjoy the summer evenings. The location near the Glendale bridge in a minimum wake zone puts you close to everything DCL has to offer, the no wake provides for enjoyable swimming right off the dock. The home itself is incredible, the owners certainly have added every feature that you could look for in a rental property. Size, furnishings and layout are incredible. The game room is large and well equiped. I don't have any cons to offer up, my only suggestions to the owners would be the standard rental maintenance (Karaoke machine was inoperable, pool cues need some tlc) and a selfish request to replace the game room foos-ball table with a throwback pinball machine! If you can do that by summer of 2011 that would be great! The rental services provided by Railey were great, the owners picked a great company to handle the rental details of a great house

We loved this place. The house was made for entertainment from the separated game room to the outside cobblestone patio, the fire pits, and the comfortable deck. This house is right on the lake and close to any amenity you need. The place was very clean and priced right. I suggest this place for any group wanting to have a fun time!

Undoubtedly one of the finest homes in all of Deep Creek Lake. Gourmet kitchen with everything granite/stainless, built-in wine cooler and six burner range, comfortable living spaces, fireplaces, flat screens and DVD players galore, and a stunning outdoor party area overlooking the lake, replete with stacked stone fireplace, separate firepit, horseshoe pit, premium gas grill, bar area, hot tub, and outdoor sound system, not to mention the massive, light-filled indoor game room with billiards, karaoke, bar style shuffleboard, foosball, and two flat screen t.v.s one for playing Wii, and one for watching the big game. In winter or summer, this house has it all! The folks at Railey MLV are top notch.
