My wife and I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn with a group of friends and it was an extraordinary space -- spacious, clean, well-situated. There were tons of linens, clean pillows, and towels. The Inn's wagon came in handy for trips in to town. The common areas of the home include an open, double height kitchen and a nice sitting area outside by the BBQ grill with plenty of seating and complete privacy. This really is a special property! And host amy is very accommodating and personable - We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wedding party stayed in the main house and my husband and I stayed in the small house in the back on our wedding night! The house was well decorated, clean, close to town (yet far away enough to be quieter), and spacious enough for all of my friends to stay there comfortably. We had a great time there and I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at this house. It was extremely clean. I have stayed at other houses in Ocean Beach that I was afraid to take my shoes off because of the filth. This home is well taken care of. The location is perfect! Close to the shops & restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I would stay at this house every time!

This house is amazing to stay at, has all the amenties as being home- the home was immaculant everything we needed was right there. Loved the outside shower, means tracking no sand into the house. Everything is a short walk away from the time you get off the ferry to the fun town and delicous restaurants. The beach is beautiful and clean. I cant wait to kick back and relax at the Flip Flop inn again.

I have rented this house twice with a bunch of other couples and it's been perfect! The house comes with everything you could possibly want in your beach house. Bath and beach towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, deck, tv, dvd, radio with speakers outside, and all the kitchen items you could possible need! Just travel with your clothes and food for the week and you will want for nothing else!
The house is located a few steps from town, so its a 1 minute walk (if that) to all the restaurants, bars and shops in town.
House is good for a group of friends, but would also be great for a family or two. There is a loft with a bunch of beds that the kids could sleep in and then 3 more bedrooms for the adults.
And ofcourse, who can forget the beach!
And amy is so helpful every step of the way!!
