New In 2003 With Central Air & Washer/Dryer! - The 2 tvs (50" and 32") have family cable. The master bedroom suite is on the 3rd floor and has a queen and trundle (full size) bed. The bunk bed has a single top and a double bottom. There is an outdoor faucet. A patio umbrella is provided. There is no phone. There is WiFi.

Please note that you will need beach passes for Chadwick Beach and not Lavalette. Passes are available under the tent on the beach at the end of the Atlantic Avenue
