The condo was really nice and very clean, but there weren't any remotes to the Tv's had to manually turn the volume up and down, couldn't watch cable on the Tv's in the bedrooms. And it was never mentioned about paying for the parking spot. The website says you get 1 parking spot, but then you get a notice saying you will be towed if you don't pay.

Memorial Weekend was great and the condo at 9400 we rented through Century 21 was beautiful with easy access from anywhere in town. Our agent was great to work with and this was a better than usual experience when it comes to condo rentals at the beach.

The views were very nice and the accomodations were too. The place was clean, but there was a smell that nearly knocked us over when we first entered the unit. We could not identify the source so we were forced to go out and buy some scented candles and burned them every day all day long to cover the smell. The rental office wasn't open during the week so we couldn't get anything done about it. If it weren't for that I would have rated this a very good stay.

We love staying in 9400. The building is located in a perfect sopt on Costal HWY and my kids love being able to bounce between the pool and beach so easily. Unit 903 was very nicely updated and very comfortable. There were really only a few minor things that we had issues with. The DVD player did not work, the comforters on the beds were filthy and needed to be washed very badly and there were no crab maletts for our crab dinner. The updated kitchen and baths were a nice feature. We would stay in this unit again.

This unit was very clean. It met all our needs from sleeping arrangements to kitchen supplies. The decor was up-to-date and in great condition. Location and view was also great. Owner also supplied some games for the family and booklets on the area that were also appreciated. Great parking spot. The Century 21 agent, Bea, was very helpful and always friendly to work with. Thank you very much!

Left on 06/25/2009 for a stay in June 2009
We arrived at around 6:30pm for a late check in.
It was pouring rain. The keys were not left of us
in the lock box, could not get a hold of anyone at
the realtor (C21) for over 2 hours. Finally able
to enter rental at around 9:15 pm. Unit was very
nice, clean and updated. A couple of minor
problems: TV stopped working on 3rd day (no
picture), DVD player not working. Kitchen cookware
was not that great. Other than that, place was
clean and comfortable. I would definitely
recommend this unit, but not the real estate
office. Although they did try to make amends by
giving us free parking, it really put our family
out on our first night and after a long drive it
was unpleasant.
