131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a retro feel and is equipped with washer/dryer, premium cable, dishwasher, 3 color TVs ( 1 Flat Screen), 2 VCRs, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

The unit needs a little TLC. The carpets were just cleaned and that was a plus. The one faucet in the bathroom had to be repair while we were there. The towel rack in the one bathroom was never fix correctly since we were there in the same unit last year.
Some basic amenities were missing in the kitchen. We could not find a wine uncorker. -

All in all it is a nice unit. Liked having 3 TVs, but would have liked to have a DVD player. Needed more towel holders in the master BR bath.

When we fist walked into the condo and saw the bright yellow furniture we laughed and thought okay we have gone back to the 70's. But as we were there for awhile we really started to like it. The unit was very clean which is a big plus with us. The only complaint that we have is the bed in single room was very uncomfortable. It needs a better mattres. The view was excellent.

We all had a wonderul time. The condo was very nice - not great decor but we were comfortable! The beach so close with the pool was awesome and we appreciated the cleanliness and overall appearance of Braemar

There were several issues that I told the agent about. The main one was the dryer. Lint container was old and ripped up. The lint was everywhere inside the dryer and the dryer would not shut off. I was very concerned about a fire. A/C unit was extremely loud and kept me up all night. Additionally the place was filthy dirty. I cleaned the kitchen floor and it was black.
