131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, VCR, DVD player, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. Sleeps 6.

Andrew Wright is a real asset to your company. He will do whatever it takes to solve problems. My Unit 1904 had the following problems:a)master bath shower doors need to be replaced of fixed; b) there were no Ice Trays; c) there was no broiler pan with the oven

the location of the condo to the beach was awesome and the pool was great except the closing time was at 9 and could have been open until 10, the room is another topic. list of broken things in the room are: toilet paper rollers, shower walls falling apart and the door didn't shut all the way, closet doors didn't shut easily, window blinds in all rooms were falling down when using them, 2 of the beds headboards were broken and shaky, dresser drawers were broken and falling out. the outside furniture was old and uncomfortable and there were broken chairs in the rooms and could not have been sat in. the air vents were rusty and were filled with dust. the kitchen table was falling apart and so were the chairs plus the chairs were dirty and the tablecloth was a plastic shower curtain. the diswasher was moldy inside and even though we ran at least 3 loads of dishes in there it still was not gone. the lights in the kitchen only worked half the time. the electrical sockets were sunk in and our cords didn't stay in. the dryer took 3 cycles to dry and the washer was very loud. i believe if this was updated it would be worth the money but as long as it costs top dollar like all the rest of the rooms it isn't worth it. another family we went down with got a wonderful room, they didn't have any of the problems we did, we ate mostly in their room because of the broken table and chairs in ours. the location of the hotel was awesome. we did not complain because we wanted to just relax and enjoy our time their and did not want to move all of our belongings.

This unit is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the view of the ocean is great. Although the kitchen is upgraded, they could stock it a little better. There were no pitchers and very little in the way of basic kitchen supplies. All in all we loved this unit and will come back next year.
