131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the north side of the building only one unit away from the ocean front. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV's with VCRs, and central air. Many upgrades have been made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Newly painted with a recently renovated kitchen. Reserved parking for one car under cover. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee.
