131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the south side of the North building. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, DVD player, VCR, and central air. Many upgrades have been made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Reserved parking for one car under cover. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee.Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

This unit was very clean but very green (as in color). That was our first reaction when we walked in. The kitchen, dining and living area are almost the same color. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely but we felt like we were living in a pea. The knives were very dull and we had to constantly wash dishes to have enough for the next meal. A nice place but just lacking that "I'll be back" charm.

Our vacation was after the hurricane. The crew at the Braemar was courteous and helpful. They got things back up and running very quickly! The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the "comforts of home" needed for an enjoyable vacation. Our oldest child (daughter age 6) loved the pool and game room! It was a slight challenge to manage our 19 month old in a unit that was not "baby proof" but with brining our own gate we were able to make it work. Overall, very enjoyable and would recommend it to any family! In the 10+ years that my husband and I have been going to Ocean City, MD for our vacation, this unit was by far the cleanest and nicest unit we have stayed in.

I was overcharged one day on the rental. Emailed the agent, never heard back. The a/C was out for 3 days. No one bothered to call and offer any kind of refund.
Place was OK. Clean. No bath mats. Would not stay there again based upon experience with rental agent. -

I found the Braemar to be very nice...at least the condo I was in. (710). The people were friendly and allowed us to use the facilities after check out time on Sat...thanks! I enjoyed having a view of the ocean and bay. It was odd to be across from another building and looking at the other condos. If I stay there again, I may look at the south building, south side.

We had checked into the Carousel the night before for our honeymoon, And checked out the next morning.We had a terrible room there. We went to Braemar and they had this wonderful home away from home available. Bay and ocean view. And it was 400.00 cheaper than the Carousel crappy room we were given.We will make this our Ocean City Maryland vacation spot.
