83rd Street......The Oceana II is a direct oceanfront seven story building located in mid-town Ocean City. The facility has an outdoor pool, elevator, and reserved parking for one car per unit. This elevated first floor two bedroom, two bath unit features spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the spacious balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, 2 TV's with VCR's and DVD players, and phone. Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets.

The beds feel like they are as old as the place, otherwise, we loved it for the second year in a row. Could use some cleaning up in the laundry area and the closet. Get rid of the junk. Oh,and the elevator works now. It went out for about 4 days during our trip.

Oceanfront, pool & 3 beds in 2nd bdrm (for 3 kids)is why I chose this condo & the location is the best feature. Unfortunately the unit was not clean at all, things were broken - including the air conditioning. The bedspreads & mattresses are old; couches are old & dirty. The rental agency/owners were polite & did try to get the a/C fixed 3 days in a row, but it never happened. The nights were very hot/humid and there was no ocean breeze. We tried to make the best of it, but I would not return. I guess it depends on what features are most important to you.

We enjoy our stay, very very much, the place its beautiful, rigth in front of the ocean, we saw the dolphins pass by, good to exercises first thing in the morming, and no noise at all....

Loved the location, building and pool. The unit itself was pretty dirty. There was trash and dirt under every bed. Especially in the pull out couch. When we opened the bed it had old tissues, crumbs and dirt. So we did not use it at all. Everything was dusty, furniture, walls, etc....There was a lot of unecessary junk on the balcony, in the closets and the laundry room. I did some cleaning myself when we arrived so that myself and my family would be more comfortable. The condo needs to be completely painted and most of the furniture either needs to be cleaned or updated. I would stay there again if I new it was much cleaner. Did love the location!
