This is our 4th or 5th year in this property and it fits our needs perfectly. We expect to return next year.One negative: the check-in process at the Rainbow was not very efficient.

The penthouse had plenty of room. The cleanliness of the condo could improve. There is some mold on the shower curtain in the master suite which they should replace. The reclining sofa in the living room does not recline on the left side and it is difficult to lower the recliners. These should be replaced as well. As with many of the condo's at the Rainbow they are bought as investments. This is the 3rd condo we have stayed at over the years, but by far the best as far as size. Just needs some upgrades to the 2000's and leave the 80's behind. Be nice to have a nice HD flat screen as well...
