112th Street. The Rainbow is a delightful oceanfront building located on 112th Street and Coastal Highway in North Ocean City. This building is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and other activities. All units have private balconies, central air conditioning, full size washer and dryers, and southern exposure with a terrific view of the ocean. Some units have a bay view as well. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, large oceanfront sundeck, access to the beach and high speed elevators. No pets, please. Non-Smoking.

We stayed in Room 303 and had a very good time. It is nicely decorated, very clean, the mattress on the bed is firm so you sleep very well, the furniture in the living room is comfortable especially the rocking chair. The view from the living room and the balcony is spectacular. We enjoyed having our breakfast & lunch in the balcony. The only thing missing is Wifi Internet connectivity. The beach area is very nice & the pool very clean. I strongly recommend room 303 to others. You will have a pleasant stay.

Unit was well equipped though Tv's were older (no flat screens). Bathroom shower sliding door was off track and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, especially the jammed sliding door (I repaired and cleaned the door and all bath fixtures).

This was our 3rd year at the Rainbow, our first in #303. We absolutely love it there! We are already planning next years trip. Everything was great except I was a little disappointed with #303. We have a 3 yr old, 5 yr old & 7 yr old this was not a very kid friendly condo. The mirrors on the wall and all the glass tables made me crazy. If I wasn't telling them to be careful with everything around the glass I was cleaning it. Not much fun. Also, there were not any plastic cups for the kids to drink from. We had to buy some. I hate to complain because we absolutely loved everything else. The balcony & the view of the ocean & pool were magnificent! We would definitely stay in #303 again, but I would still be a little worried.
