Amazing ocean view! Unit is tired. Could use a deep cleaning(especially carpet) and fresh paint job. Kitchen Cabinet door was missing upon our arrival, but some one came to fix it our second day. Refrigerator and dishwasher needed to be serviced while there also, but. When we called about problems someone was there that afternoon. Love the layout of condo and tons of space for our family. Agree with prior comments on cleanliness( counters had crumbs on them, bathroom sink had sand in it upon arrival). Overall great location to stay.

Liked the spaciousness of the unit. Kitchen pantry door was off. Cabinet doors would not stay closed. Dishwasher was also worn out. Nice bedrooms. Bathrooms sufficient. View is great. Cellphone service non-existent in the unit - but great in the walkway. Carpets dirty. Furniture in the living area furniture refurbished. Nice internet connection and TV cable also nice.

Great oceanfront view
The home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and a few things were broken. They had a cleaning service come in within an hour of our arrival and someone in to fix the broken items the next day.
Our family enjoyed our relaxing week at the beach
