This unit was the best unit I've stayed in at Sea Watch. I've stayed in two others. The only negative would be something that cannot be changed and that is the view. It's too low to really see the ocean well. That being said, if your kids are old enough to play at the playground and play tennis by themselves it's a great place to spend an evening on your balcony and keep an eye on them! We would stay here again.

We had a great time even with earthquakes and hurricanes. The place was clean and safe. We can not wait to come back.
Check in day was a little crazy

This unit had come recommended by a Century 21 agent as being a little more preferable for children. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. We called for the cleaners to come and within 2 hours, we had someone there to clean and vaccuum the unit. We have a 10 month old who is crawling everywhere and putting anything she finds into her mouth so it was important to us to not having any food particles, etc on the floor. However, even with the cleaning, she still was very dirty by the end of each day. She had a black coating on the tops of her feet from crawling around the floor. The cleaning crew said that would happen because of the old vinyl floor that was in the unit. Still, its tough for a mom to let her child crawl around and get covered in someone else's dirt. The unit definitely needs updating. The couches and chairs were very old. The kitchen was small but had been updated recently and all applicances were working. We were sad to leave Ocean City but glad to leave the unit as we just felt dirty being there. he location of the unit was fine. There are stairs to the lobby so we didn't have to wait for the elevators. The Century 21 staff are incredibly nice people and loved working with them.

this was our 6th straight year staying at the seawatch-first time in unit 103. We felt this unit was the best one we have ever stayed in. We also keep coming back because the seawatch has eveything we need, indoor/outdoor pool, playground for kids, beach, super market, liquor store, etc. The seawatch always does a great job-which is why we keep coming back. Keep up the great work1

Had a great time. Location was terrific. Staff was extremely helpful since it was our first time staying there. Condo was clean, but could use a little updating. Would stay there again.
