Spent a week in early august @ Seawatch .. Seawatch is nicely taken care of all around.. Unit was clean and decorated very nice.. The only downfall was if you had to take the stairs it stunk horribly .. like a locker room ... and being our unit was on the 2nd floor it was no big deal to take the stairs but doing it once was enough !!! lol...We had a very nice time at Seawatch .. didn't use the pools we did alot of area things Chinc oteague / Asseateague visits... .. spent only 2 days at beach due to weather... My daughter age 17 & friend spent time at the game room hanging out and met a couple of other kids .. I picked Seawatch especially for the decent size game room knowing I would be with my daughter age 17 and her friend .. all the other condo's in the area don't have much to offer for older kids to hang out in ... and there's not much for the kids to do in the evenings and knowing I didn't want them roaming the area having the game room to hang for a bit was a good place because it would be a means of meeting other kids as well... so this was a big plus ... so overall it was very nice time @ Seawatch ... unit had everything you need and would definitely go back ...

We loved the condo, the room very clean. Decorated very nice. Loved the floor. My husband is Diabled and was able to be comfortable in the room. Condo. has a great view from whatever room you have. Haven't stayed there in 16 Years-great improvements in the courtyard. Will come back again !!!

All in all we had no complaints with sea watch.Your atruim is beautiful but lacks garbage cans.Not 1!You should be more clearer on the view!The view was a very important factor when we booked and was a little disappointed with ours!

We stay at the Sea Watch every year. We were very happy with unit 116 this year. The layout and setup were perfect for our family (three beds in the one room and a very comfortable bed in the other.) Being on the first floor was great for having three kids. Some issues with the Sea Watch in general: elevators were broken a lot, an issue when you have strollers and lots of beach supplies to transport. The staff at the pool were ridiculously strict. My son was told he couldn't cannonball in the pool, only pencil jump even though we were the only people at the pool that morning. Otherwise a really terrific vacation spot.
