Durning the peak season this propery rents from Sunday to Sunday. 68th street, ocean block.Sunset South is a quiet building located in midtown Ocean City close to amusements, shopping and just 1/2 block to the beach. This two bedroom, one bath unit has a full kitchen, central air, TV, VCR and bedding for 6 people. Sorry, No smoking, No Pets. Parking for one car.

Ants were everywhere in the kitchen.

The check in service was a easy and quick. The condo was spacious and my neighbors were quiet during my stay. The location was excellent primarily because the beach was so close. The condo could probably use a tv in each room to make things more comfortable while we were home eating / snacking. I enjoyed the coziness of the condo, but the pet owners, not necessarily from our location but from the surrounding locations walked their dogs continuosly without curbing their dogs, Dog poo was everywhere and I'm shocked that the local Police did not enforce (by Violation fines)picking up the poo. The reason I thought that was a major problem was because the area is usually a barefoot traffic area. Maybe someone can notify the proper authorities to address this problem in the future.

If you are looking for a great location to the beach at Ocean City, Sunset South#3 condo is an excellent choice. However location was the only outstanding benefit. We were given the wrong address prior to arrival and it took us several phone calls to the Century 21 staff to rectify the problem. In addition the condo, while efficient to sleep the 4 people who used it, needs some major improvements. The bathroom was small and the floor mats were old, smelled and the kitchen and living room were riddled with ants! The actual amenities, micro-wave, frig, etc were fine, but we were constantly watching for ants. In addition lack of a washer and dryer made us bring extra clothes for the week. On the plus side you cannot beat the location to the beach, barely a 2 minute walk from the door! In the end we had a great time, cue to the beach and weather. This unit would be an excellent value with a upgrade to the bathroom, addition of a washer/dryer, and of course no ants.

We found this place on line and decided to chance it. We were pleasantly surprised. It was the perfect location. The rental had all the comforts of home. And the prices for the rental was excellent. Would definately considering staying there again on our next vist to Ocean City.
