Our place was clean and well kept. The amenities were ok. The indoor and outdoor pool water was kept cold. The public bathroom near the pool was smelly and not clean.

Love staying at the Sea Watch. We always go for a less expensive room since we are a family of 5 on a budget. We do not mind the less updated decor...the room was very clean! The only suggestion I would have is water saving shower heads. The water comes out very fast and drains the water heater way before we are all done using the showers. This would be a very inexpensive change for the owners! We have stayed in this room for 2 years now and would have no problem doing so again.

we always stay at the seawatch when vacationing in ocean city,md. we find the seawatch very family orientated and friendly. the location is great...grocery store,liquor store,beer distributor,mall,theatres and restaurants.all across the street. this is so convenient. the seawatch has a great amenities:outside pool,inside pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts,basketball,volleyball, playground, gameroom and a great snack shop..you can't ask for more. always enjoy our stay there and will be staying there next year...a great vacation!!!

Because of the price of the condo, was not looking for high end, however we had 2 adults and 3 kids staying and not one day did all five get hot showers, and we were all taking very short showers after the first day. I did appreciate that it was clean, and in a good location - however ice cold showers ruin any vacation. The air conditioning is not working well either. All 5 of us slept in the living room and front bedroom the first 3 days because of the heat. Plan to return to SeaWatch but not to this condo.
