The home was very nice and had everything that is needed. The Sea Watch location is great and I love the fact that their are two pools and a playground. There is a grocery store and several restaurants within a few blocks which is very nice. The main items that I did not care for was the fact that you have to pay $40 to park (even for a mini week - I never paid for parking at any other rental in Ocean City). Also, some of the Sea Watch staff (pool people) were not very helpful and/or friendly and the Sea Watch Office (not Century 21) was not very friendly when approached with a question. Overall, it is a nice place and I would stay there again.

Unit was nice, could stand to have tv in bedrooms. Balcony door doesn't open, bath vanity needs replaced. Otherwise very nice and we had a great time. Elevators could stand improvement, got stuck several times in just a few days. we like the lay out of the complex and we'd consider coming back.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is it was rented as a non-smoking unit yet clearly people smoked in there. Not the owners fault but the rental agency should find a way to monitor and fine those who abuse the no smoking policy.

The service received from personnel at SeaWatch was very good. Amenities as well - fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, locked room for bike storage, outdoor shower facilities, etc.
Our "home" was not acceptable and not what we expected. There were many issues including closet doors off the tracks, sliding door in master bedroom would not open, light switches did not work, bulbs missing from lamps, mouse droppings found, etc.
Great location -- on the beach, close to restaurants and grocery store.
Liked the layout of the condo, the beach, location, however extremely disappointed with the condo itself.
