We had an awesome time in Ocean City! sea Watch was so Mich more than weexpected! The unit was great and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the amenities were also! I would definitely recommend Sea Watcht anyone especially with children!

The Sea Watch was a nice building with lots of things to do. This unit was not well maintained, however, nor very clean. We had the maintenance department fixing lots of safety issues the first day! They were very responsive. Maybe no one had stayed here for awhile? Not sure, but there were quite a few concerns including cleanliness. I have heard that there are nicer units at the Sea Watch so try one of those before you stay here.

The photo's online & in the brochure do not do this condo complex justice. It is a well maintained, nicely decorated, clean building. Everything you need is at your fingertips along with two large groccery stores across the street. The Century 21 agents are wonderfully pleasant and helpful to deal with, that alone would make me come back to OC. The unit we rented was nicely decorated..could do without all the dust collectors though (fake plants/shag carpets in two of the bedrooms), although the baskets give a homey touch, for us allergy sufferers, not good! Kitchen was adequetly stocked, although a few chipped/cracked plates on the shelves. I didn't find the bathrooms as clean as I would have liked upon arrival...hair on the floors, hole in the wall & just general grime around sink faucets ...did find some cleaning wipes in the cuboard so cleaned up a bit. The view was incredible and we would watch the dolphins swim by early every morning. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely and are already talking about next year! Will definitely head back to Sea Watch next year...might try out a different unit...or not!
