I have rented in this building many times in the past, but this year's experience was very bad. We had problems with the room from the first day. The airconditioning was not working properly at all, the washing machine was broken and the metal frame around the shower/tub in the main bathroom was not secured properly and almost fell on one of my Grandsons.
When we contacted our rental agent, we got quite a runaround. Maintenance came up to look at the airconditioner, but couldn't fix it until the next day. No one ever showed up to repair the metal frame in the main bathroom. We also found out that the rental agent knew about the broken washing machine from the previous renters; but it not fixed in time for our arrival. We had to wait 3 days because the owner of the unit had a maintenance contract with a local repair service and only they were allowed to fix it. I understand this, however, the rental agent should have arranged for this to be corrected before we arrived-since they know about it prior to 7/20/13
We are very dissatisfied and will probably not stay at the Sea Watch again. What a shame.

Great location. Nice unit. Kitchen recently updated. Loved the spacious balcony with an awesome view. Nice comfortable furniture on balcony. Short distance to the beach, did not have to lug all of our beach stuff far. Easy access to bus. The only complaint we had was to have to pay $40 per car to park. We had 3 cars so that was an additional $120. At least one car should be included in the price of the rental unit. This is the first time we have rented a condo unit and it is definitely the way to go. The Sea Watch is a great place to stay and we ever go back would not hesitate to stay there. Very enjoyable experience.

We loved our condo. Everything was in great shape when we got there, and the view was wonderful! There were plenty of blankets and pillows in the unit for all the beds. The updated kitchen is beautiful.
The TV in the MR BR stopped working mid-week. We went down to the rental office to report the issue, and the agent who assisted us offered to contact the owners and have the TV replaced asap

we enjoyed our stayed at unit 805. We do suggest the following:
1) Fix the broken master bathroom floor tile. At a minimum fill it with caulk to prevent injury to a bare foot.
2) Replace the Tv's with new flat screen Tv's. The cost of basic 30 to 40 inch flat screen Tv's are so low that all the units TVs could be replaced for one thousand dollar. I hate to say it but then charge an extra $75 per week. The owner would recoup their investment in one season.
3) Include an iron board to go with the iron. The lack of the board has forced previous tenant to iron on the carpet. In certain areas the carpet was damaged by this practice. The management office has one board you can borrow but good luck getting it around dinner time. No one wants to go out to dinner with a wrinkled shirt.
4) These issues are more about Century 21 than the unit itself. When the in room wireless internet (nice feature by the way) stopped working I contacted Century 21. Nothing was done for over a day. After talking to other guest and family members staying at the condo we discovered that all of us were having problems with internet access. I complained again the next day. When technician arrive he said that they were just notified about the problem and came out right away. A piece of equipment was struck by lightening and needed to be replaced. Problem was fixed within an hour. The next issue is receiving the security deposit refund. This is the second year where I had to call Century 21 for the deposit even though sixty days has passed since we departed.

Overall, the condo unit itself was average. The kitchen area was recently updated, very nice. The rest of the unit was "OK". My biggest complaint is about the mattress in the master bedroon - it was awful.

We liked our room for the most part other than not having some cookware! We make lots of dips on vacation and eat breakfast in and our room did not have a mixer and or a toaster! It did have a toaster oven but hard to do english muffins and toast without burning in that. And the twin bed mattresses in the den were not very comfortable. You sunk down in the middle of the bed! Other than that...the room was very clean and cheerful. We will just check next year that our room has that different cookware!!!Sea Watch is great! My family and I have been staying there for the past probably 6yrs. or so!!!
