This was my first time vacation in Ocean City, when I was looking the website for the apartments, caught my eyes, the green tiles in the kitchen counter in the unit 1219 of Sea Watch, I made my reservation for the third week of august, 7 of us, three adults and four kids. When we arrive, no surprise, Sea Wacth is located on the main road with a shopping center across street, nice place, also great service by the ladies of Century 21.The unit was the the best, very clean, neat, the kitchen had everything, pots, pans, plates, coffee maker, dish washer, everything that you need in a kitchen. The living room and the bedroom with a whole wall cover with a mirror which make the unit look and feel more spacious, clean bathrooms, 4 TV`s. Located next to the elevator, this unit is almost the last one facing the main road but still have a great view of the ocean. The building have all the amenities, little far from the boardwalk, but was no problem.
The down side! 46 inches flat tv in the living room with a horrible signal. The worse, they don't recycle, feels horrible throwing bottles, cans and food in the same garbage. A building with a 400 units would recycle thousands of bottles a day.

We had a wonderful time at the SeaWatch. The unit we rented (1219) was clean and very comfortable. The walls in the living/dining area and the master bedroom were all mirrored. I think they could do without the mirrors in the bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect. Our neighbor in 1218 was an early riser and sat outside on the balcony smoking cigarettes at 6 in the morning. The smell was awful. I know the units are no smoking but is there something that could be done about the balcony? The pool area, courtyard, lobby, beach were all very clean and pretty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I thought unit 1219 was very nice. . It was close to the side elevator which was convienent. The best thing was how comfortable the beds were for everyone. The least thing I liked was it was farther back to the road, but it still had a nice view of the ocean. It also was clean and had all of the essentials we needed. We felt at home. The girls at the rental office are very efficient and do a great job. The pool and facilities were well taken care of and clean. We have stayed at the Sea Watch for more than 20 years and keep coming back. We like the fact that it has all of the ammenties plus it is close to shopping, movie theatre, and restaurants We have stayed in many different units and this was one of our favorites.
