The location was awesome and OCM is a great vacation spot. This facility is definitely geared towards families, not those seeking peace and quiet. The pools are both on the smaller side and were very crowded. The beach area was very nice and clean. Our check in experience was that we arrived at 3PM but were told rather bluntly that we could be delayed until 6PM. We did get into our room around 5:30. The room was clean but rather dated. The stall shower was very small and my disabled mother could not get into it but she was able to climb into the tub. Also, the icemaker caused a big flood in the fridge and on the floor. There were no warnings that it was broken beforehand. The view from the balconies were wonderful.
My two young boys never saw 13" Tv's that were so old and never knew they came so small and square!
We didn't come to OCM to stay in the room, so it was good enough. The location could not be better and because of that I would stay there again.
Condo was decent, but the complex needs some changes.

The Century 21 office was very efficient & helpful, but the parking garage, the parking fee, & the elevator service was awful. Also, there were not enough luggage carts for loading & unloading. It was nightmare. It was rediculous waiting a half hour to get the parking pass with only one man issuing them, & then another line to wait in to get a cart which took another 20 minutes! Not to mention yet another wait for an elevator in the garage as well as in the building. The condo itself was ok, but it needs some upgrading as well. The mattress in the master bedroom is old & uncomfortable. The master shower door opening is so narrow that it should be removed & just put up a shower curtain. The shower plumbing in the hall bathroom is ready to fall apart. It definitely needs replaced. The place was clean & the kitchen was nice. The strip blinds need replaced in the master bedroom. One of the pieces was missing so the sunlight came through every morning, plus it wasn't too private if somone was out on the patio. We really liked the living room curtains. We also liked dining on the patio & really enjoyed the view. The pools & kids playground are very nice.

The condo had everything that we needed. It just needed some work. The dishwasher had to be held with one hand when loading and unloading because if you didn't it could tip over. Some lamps needed light bulbs. Wish it would have come with linens! Never had a condo where we had to bring these or rent from another agency.
The view was amazing! Location was a winner as well! The unit definitely has potential to be great but could probably use a strip down and face lift!

The staff at the SeaWatch are excellent. Check in and check out were fast and easy with the Century 21 staff. The unit we stayed in 1619 was not very comfortable, the matresses and the furniture in the living room need to be replaced. The location is excellent. The beautiful view from the balcony that faces the beach was great. We had no street to cross, the back exit takes you right out to the pool or the beach. There is lots to do right at the SeaWatch - pool table, game room, tennis and basketball courts, snack shop, and sundries. The access to the bus that runs down to the boardwalk and to the Delaware line for $2 a day is right in front of the property. We would stay at the SeaWatch again, but not in this same unit.

The condo was ok. Dishwasher was broken. Repairman came and looked at it but never came back to repair. I was very disappointed that I was charged for parking. Most places give you at least one parking pass for the week.Furniture was kind of dirty looking. Unit just didn't feel clean. I would use the sea watch again just not that unit.

It was more expensive last year and I felt that overall,it really was not worth the money. On the flip side, it did have a nice view and the condo amenities were what saved the day. I have 3 children and security is wonderful as well as the pools and the playroom. I really do think that this condo needs a little cosmetic makeover with some new furniture and it will be top of the line.I would probably stay there again if it were less expensive.
