Carpet needs to be updated or stretched, there was old popcorn inside the pullout sofa bed, and old dirty sox's in the second pullout. The furniture was old worn out, and uncomfortable. The Balcony table was missing a leg. When reported about the leg on the first day no effort was made to correct the table the whole 7 days we were there.

Great family place and nice people from all over staying there and also working there. All the surroundings are great. The only problem is the Elevator which they have 3 sets of 2 but they are always packed and super hot in there and also one was always down. You spend alot of your vacation waiting for your elevator if you leave your condo! i made the mistake of getting a room on the 17th floor next time i will get one a little closer to the lower lever in that case i have the option to take the stairs if the elevator is taking forever! Otherwise a great place and it was a great vacation! Will def be returning there.

We love staying at The Seawatch in OC/MD. It has nice accomodations and lots of amenities. The price was reasonable,too. We love being oceanfront. We love the pools and the game room. Our boys love the basketball court. Having convenient parking was great, too. The unit was neat and clean when we arrived.

I have been renting at SeaWatch since 1990 every year. As time is going on the owners are collecting higher rent and not keeping up with the units. This unit did not have satisfactory equipment in the kitchen. Tiles missing in bathroom, towel bar missing in one bathroom and the other one broke. Drain in the shower was off. Patio carpet needs replacing. Carpets are dirty. This unit was freshly painted but you could tell by the paint job it was done very sloppy. Also, the clothes dryer is shot and there was hardly any blankets in the unit to use. I'm probably not coming back to SeaWatch anymore since the past 3 years (condos) have been very disappointing. The realtors better monitor these units more closely or you will be losing long time tenants like myself.

The furniture and appliances were out dated and need to be updated. The Entertainment center holding the TV was bowed and looked as if was struggling to hold the TV. The blinds for the front room fell out of the wall when used so we had to tape a sheet to have privacy and make it dark. Bathrooms needed to regrouted and were in less tha satisfactory condition. Pictures onwalls hung crooked and the nails were un even to support the picture.
Checkin was easy and rapid. View from room excellent. Condo amenities were nice (game room, pool, etc)
Loved the location and the condo complex however we would not stay in that unit again.
