We realize the building is a 1970's biulding, but the unit, althought extremely clean, needs updating. The kitchen was not adequately furnished to cook dinners. Bathrooms need to be remodeled! Border coming down in master bath. Location was great. Sofa bed not comfortable.

Stayed for a long weekend this month. Aside from the condo's pool being out of commission for a day, the stay was great. Close to shopping, plenty of restaurants and a really nice beach. This is our second trip to this building and 4th overall to OC. Elevators a little slow but otherwise apt was clean and all have nice views.
