This beautiful house has been converted into three separate rental units and has had many improvements in recent years. This four bedroom, 1.5 bath unit is equipped with a full kitchen, television and sleeps 14. Even better, it is just a block away from Ocean City's famous Boardwalk, beach and amusements. Sorry, No Smoking. No Pets. No reserved parking available.

This was an awesome spot. You get plenty of room, a great balcony to chill on with a nice view of the street, and you are right next to the boardwalk. Great for senior week or any Ocmd beach trip.

A group of 12 of us went here for Lehigh's senior week and it was an awesome time. It was spacious and the porch was an awesome addition. Our friends loved the place when they would visit from their apartments and houses. Would absolutely stay here again and am recommending it to the graduating class below me!

The location was great, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The size was great for the 12 of us who stayed there. Having said that, I would not stay there again due to how dirty the house is, particularly the floors. They were absolutely filthy throughout the house. Our feet would turn black after just a few minutes. This was disgusting in general but particularly because we were there with 6 children under the age of 6 who spend a lot of time on the floor. You really need to check in to the cleaning service that is being use because they are not cleaning the floors.

Stayed here with a group of friends for Senior Week from Lehigh University this May. Amazing house, huge, sleeps 12 comfortably and 14 if you need it.
Outside has a 15 window sun deck that can easily cater to over 10 people. Great view and really nice, totally would go again.
Highly recommended!
