This building is not handicap friendly!!I was not very happy when we pulled into the parking lot as there was no Handicap Parking spaces or ramps to be found. The couch was well used as was the bed in the Master Bedroom. I felt like I was sitting on the floor when watching TV. The stool at the counter was also broken.
The beach was too far for me to walk to, so I wanted to use the pool, however there was always a lady there with some type of skin disorder that prevented me from doing so.(I think that she was a resident or a supervisor.)
There were no amenities except an old soda machine tucked in the back of the laundry room and two snack machines.
The place is old and in dire need of well needed upgrades.
This was not worth the money spent! -

The condo was just perfect our needs. Very clean, comfortable with all the amenities. Waiting for the elevator was a bit of a hassle at times but other than that, I would stay again. Beach was a short walk outside and we had a nice view of the sunrise and sunset.

the 9400-1503 is a great place; clean, roomy, and comfortable.Great for families,beautiful views and close to resturants, bars, and stores. The staff was very helpful from the booking process thru the checkout process. Thanks for a great time.

this property couldn't have been better. Very clean with many items available for use. Clean pool, close to the beach and within walking distance of grocery store and Rose's for necessary items. Restauants and convenience store vvery close.

Usually when paying only 1200, you don't get a very nice place. Online, the pictures looked nice, but when we arrived we were shocked. We loved it!! The amount of security was awesome. Made us feel very safe. The only problem we had was that the floors of the condo were not clean. We went to Super-fresh right across the street and got cleaning supplies. The condo was in a very convenient location with a restaurant (Bull on the Beach) next door, a grocery store across the street, a bus stop in front of the building, and a 7/11 right next door. I would definitely stay at 1503 again!!!
