Amazing, Amazing. Amazing
Condo was spotless and fully stocked. Rooms were bright and airy and beautifully decorated. We brought kitchen items from home and ended up not needing them at all.
The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we spent many hours after dark listening to the ocean and watching the cars and people on Coastal Highway. Convenient to everything. Would most definately like to stay in this unit again and would recommend it to anyone.
The diary that we found totally by accident was a nice touch, and I wrote of my experiences in there too. Would recommend leaving the diary out where others can see it. It was left in a drawer and as we were cleaning up to leave, found it there.

This location exceeded my expectations
Unit 1706 was perfectly decorated, well equipped, well located and overall very enjoyable.
Very comfortable, clean and convenient.
We really enjoyed the condo, it was very clean, convenient and comfortable. We really liked the view, flooring, TV and the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and dishes. Didn't see any bugs, which was very important to me.
Our vaction was relaxing, knowing our accomodations were so nice.
DESPITE HURRICANE BILL OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT STAY UNIT 1706 WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL KEPT
UNFORTUNATELY OUR FIRST DAY WE HAD A SMALL MISHAP WITH PARKING WHILE UNLOADING OUR VEHICLE (10-15 MINS.) UNKNOWN TO US WE WERE PARK IN ANOTHER UNITS PARKING AREA AND THE GENTLEMAN (POSS. MANAGER) AND THE UNITS OWNER THREATEN TO TOW OUR VEHICLE(TOW TRUCK IN ROUTE) WE WERE NOT EXPLAINED TO ABOUT PARKING ARRANGEMENTS AFTER APOLOGIZING TO THE UNITS OWNER WE STILL HAD TO LISTEN TO SARCASM FROM BOTH MEN. INSTEAD OF THE MANAGER OR UNIT OWNER COMING TO OUR ROOM LETTING US KNOW WE WERE PARKED IN THE WRONG SPOT THEY CALLED A TOW TRUCK TO REMOVE IT IN MY OPINION THIS WAS UNNECESSARY. THEN THE 2ND NIGHT OF OUR STAY THE NIGHT WATCHMEN KNOCK ON OUR DOOR ABOUT 11PM TO TELL US TO MOVE OUR TRUCK WITHING THE WHITE LINE DUE TO OUR TRUCK BEING ON WHITE LINE (NOT OVER IT ON IT) WE NEEDED TO GO DOWN AND POSITIONATE CORRECTLY THERE AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE VEHICLE PARKED ON THE LEFT OF US WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PARK ON THE WHITE LINE ( OUR VEHICLE WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE ON THE WHITE LINE THROUGH OUT OUR ENTIRE STAYED I DIDN'T SEE ANY ONE ELSE BEING HARRASSED TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLE AND PARK IT CORRECTLY.
EVEN THOUGH UNIT 1706 WAS AWESOME I WOULD HAVE TO THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING FROM THE 9400 BUILDING AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH MS. BEE IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH (LOVE HER GREAT WOMAN)
