28th street, bayside.Bay Colony is great for the economy minded family. This one bedroom, one bath unit is on the second floor overlooking a courtyard and just steps away from the community pool. It was recently remodeled and has a new kitchen, all new flooring, paint, decor, bedroom furniture and much more! This unit is equipped with a small kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, VCR and phone. There is parking for one car and even an outdoor pool. Sleeps 5. Sorry, No Pets. Non-Smoking.

Very Clean with new appliances. Well kept. I would have rated this excellent had there been a larger tv in the living are, and a tv in the bedroom.

I just got back from vacation in OC MD. Let's just say that I will never return there. We started out by booking the bay colony 14 room. We took all the sheets and blankets off of the beds to throw into the washer before we would sleep in them because well... ya never know who stayed there before you and they don't wash the comforters or anything. We put the first load in the dryer at about 1:00p. It was about 5:00 and we returned and they still weren't dry. I hung that load out on the patio rails to dry and threw in the 2nd load for the highest setting (120 minutes) to try and get them dry before bed and they too wouldn't dry. So here it is late in the evening and I had a load of bedding that wasn't dry to sleep with. Ugh... 2nd of all, the TV didn't work! I called the office and they said the owner may not have paid the bill and that they would try to contact them. I heard nothing back that night about the tv. I had 2 kids ages 10 and 5 who are used to watching tv before bed and couldn't... yea, big bummer. 3rd of all, the condo was disgusting. Yea, it looked nice but let me tell you... looks are deceiving. We found a dirty sock under the island. Dust under both couches, crumbs under the sink strainer, a stain on the stovetop, a piece of someone's hair and crumbs in the fridge. I was not happy. I expect that when I get into a place, everything be in working order as it states on the site (washer/dryer, tv, etc) and clean!!! It was about 1/2 mile from the beach if not more and the neighborhood was nasty. There was broken glass all over the place on the streets walking to it. Oc MD is not what it used to be. The beaches were full of litter. You have all these young punks who only want to party all the time. There was a used condom on the beach. Atleast Century 21 understood my concerns.

When we arrived, we were happy to see that the pictures were accurate and the location was very comfortable. Bayside, so you have to walk across to beach, however it is centrally located down by the boardwalk and just a short bus ride to anywhere else. It was clean and accomodating. We will definitely consider returning!

We were very inpressed with the way the condo looked. The brand new kitchen really is pretty and adds a warm home feeling. I remember thinking this condo didn't look like that ocean look and thats a good thing. The thing I didn't like is it is so far from the boards but thats ok it is quiet there.

Our stay at Bay Colony 14 was most enjoyable! The unit was very clean, nicely furnished, lovely kitchen and quite comfortable. An added bonus was the washer and dryer. We also enjoyed spending some time at the outdoor pool.
Our only problem was that the electricity went out when using a hairdryer in the bathroom. It probably occurred because the portable air conditioner was running at the same time. Other than that everything was great! -

everything was great, the service, the location, and pool. the toilet needs checked because it kept running and you had to manually put the plunger in place. The only thing that I would suggest is to get a bigger water heater. After one person took a quick shower, you were out of hot water. Other than that we were very please and would love to book from you next year.

This is our second stay at Bay Colony and each time has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The rental process went smoothly, our unit was very well maintained and appointed, and we loved being off the main drag. You are not bothered by noisy neighbors and you feel like you are at your own home. You are not a far walk or drive from any of the many activities. An A+ all the way around!
