Durning the peak season this propery rents from Sunday to Sunday. 131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. Our family began yearly vacations to Ocean City in 1965. Since that time our children have grown up and have continued yearly visits there with their own children. Needless to say, we love Ocean City!Cleanliness is #1 in choosing a condo, location and comfortable beds ( for those of us with bad backs---and there are many of us! )are also important. The decor...the wicker/rattan furniture and seaside colors used in some of the condos also make the ocean vacation special for those of us who cannot sit on the beach all day. Our family returns year after year to the Braemar because we`ve found the amelnities...the pool, sundeck, parking and beachfront access as well as the rental units to our liking. We`ve found the location to be ideal as well with restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity.

the property was great... pool, beach, etc. The place was smaller than expected especially if you want a usable table. There was no way to have the table out to seat 4 and access to the living room too.

After a 5 hour ride to beach, I walked into the master bedroom @ 6pm to the smell of throw up. It had been cleaned up but had permeated the room. I had to drive to the store and buy cleaning supplies so that I could sleep in the room. I finally went to bed that night and couldn't sleep because the double beds in room were "rock" hard. I went back to the store the next day to buy mattress toppers since my back was killing me and it was only the first day of my vacation. The television set in the Br's looked to be pretty old but the TV in the family room was newer and worked fine. There wasn't a place for the kitchen table since the kitchen was remodeled so it was set up in the family room?? We moved furniture around so the table wasn't taking up so much space. The bathrooms had been remodeled and were very nice with tile & large showers. It seemed like too much work for a vacation!

We really enjoyed the location of the place. it was close to where we went. We liked the inside of the place but we had a few issues. i listed them below.
1. Bathroom heater did not work in main bathroom not master bathroom.
2. Game Room- lost money in machines and not all the machines were turned on and working. was not open when we got there but opened later on in the night.
3. dog barking for four hours straight. did not enjoy that.
4. beds were very uncomfortable.
5. the rental office attendant was a half hour late pass check out so we turned in the key late because we couldn't get a hold of anyone to hand the key back into. had to wait around 30 minutes.
