131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, VCR, 2 DVD players, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. WIFI in the unit.

We had a great vacation this year and the Braemar 1604 was exactly like last year. Although it did seem a bit dirtier. I think the cleaning crews are slipping a bit. Other than that it was as nice as the year before. The Century 21 people are awesome and I couldn't ask for more.

New Horizon Century 21 was awesome. Got us checked in early and very easy to deal with. The condo was clean, comfortable, and a great place to spend the week. Beautiful views and very close to everything we wanted to do. We love Ocean City.

If you don't mind waking up the first morning and having to find an offsite location to purchase a cup of coffee due to a non-functional coffee maker, you might also excuse the other worn, dated appliances that grace the unit's kitchen counter tops. You probably also could tolerate an oven so remarkably filthy, that I photographed it -- and oh, because you might have been distracted by burners that were not only positioned as if trying to escape the stove, but were encrusted with now blackened, hardened unsightly droppings of unknown composition. And then there was the artistic touch of closets filled with bent, wired hangers still covered with papered refuse furnished for free by diverse cleaning establishments. We couldn't affix a cover to the drainage hole in the master shower, but did repair one TV remote control, but again failed to cure the inability of a second to change channels by number. The outside locker made available for beach furniture to which we supposedly enjoyed access, was so rusted, it had to be sawed off and replaced by management. At the outset, we were not shy about confronting the Owners about most of these issues and others. The straw that "broke the camel's back" was the shut-down of Wi-Fi after a storm on the 3rd day of our 7 day lease. As always, the next day the first class Horizon Managers did what they could to restore the service only to be frustrated by the Owner's refusal to provide access necessary to its restoration. With this we demanded our money back pro-rata, and left that very afternoon once management agreed to the refund. We thoroughly enjoyed the balance of the week in an immaculate Bethany Beach condo. Needless to say, we will never again trust an Ocean City rating.

Over all the stay was wonderful. There were a few things in the room that couldn't be used but other than that it was great. There were 2 chairs that we couldn't use because the legs were so wobbly we were afraid they were going to collapse, the burners on the stove were uneven and wobbly only one good one, and the main door didn't lock from the inside appropriately to keep our 2 year old son from opening it and running into the hall way.
The condo was at a great quiet location. -

The room was filthy and stunk - I did mention it to the agent but she said she had a cold and no one else complained all summer - I should have called the cleaners but thought it would take too long - we had to scrub the stove with 1/2 inch of grease in the drip pans - the stove fan filter was black and stinky - the air vents were dusty to the point of thick crud - the bathtubs were not cleaned - although the toilets had paper sealed around them they were not cleaned. We scrubbed the floors - the refrigerator was clean. The room was lovely and very nicely kept - nice carpet and furniture once we scrubbed everything and got air freshners - would like to rent again if they get better cleaning crew or we may just clean it again.

Contacted the Century 21 Braemar Towers due to our late arrival, the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and gave great instructions on how to locate our key to the condo. Our family arrived approximately 10:30PM on Saturday, we located the condo however we were very displeased with the smell once we first walked in. Not really a big deal, figured we would purchase scented candles to help the odor dissipate the next morning. It either smelled as if somebody had smoked (which it was a no-smoking condo) in the living room area or food was burned prior to us arriving and the smell stayed in the condo. We put all of our bags into the given rooms. I immanently started putting of the kitchen supplies in the kitchen only to feel sand all over the kitchen floor. I understand "we are at the beach" BUT the condo was suppose to be professionally cleaned and that was not the case for the floor! I do not consider myself a "neat freak" but I do like clean places. I really should not have had to sweep a pile of sand off the floor with only being there for ten-minutes. With that said, it cautioned me to check out the rest of the condo. I spent over the next hour of my vacation cleaning and wiping down everything (bathrooms, kitchen/bath counters, inside cabinets kitchen/bathrooms - cleaning dishes and utensil, door handles, tables, sinks, baseboards, etc...) with clorox disinfectant wipes. While cleaning I found heavy dust/dirt build-up in the corners of the bathrooms and kitchen plus sand on the carpet. I looked everywhere for a vacuum only not to find one in the entire condo. Needless to say the first two-hours of my vacation wasn't very happy! Other than the inconvenience of the broken elevator the rest of the amenities and vacation was absolutely perfect and very enjoyable! We would definitely stay at the Braemar Towers again.
