131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit on the side of the building boasts a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 color TV's, 2 VCR/DVD players, premium cable, and central air. Equipped with a King bed, 2 Single beds and 2 Sleep Sofas. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.. Limit of 6 people.

As always we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in this unit for the last couple of years. The only negative that we experienced for the first time this year was that it smelled smokey when we first arrived.

A well-maintained unit with some new upgrades this year, including a new washer & dryer and some new balcony furniture. This location has a very good ocean and beach view and also overlooks the pool. We always enjoy playing ping-pong in the game room also.
