The unit features 3 color TVs (2 flatscreens), free wireless internet, DVD-VCR combo, new living room furniture (2010) and a two-year-old kitchen with granite. Equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air. Two beach chairs and umbrella are there for your use. Reserved parking for one car. We had a a wonderful week. We had wonderful views of the ocean and it was very clean. We were down with extended family. There were 30 of us vacationing together. Each family stayed in their own units. So we were able to visit many units. We may have paid a premium compared to some of the other comparable units. But it was a great stay.

We stayed in the same room last year, which was one of the reasons we returned. The room is very comfortable and well maintained. The pool and game room were ideal for the kids, while the proximity to the beach was great. This is an ideal place for younger children, as it has several ammenities, and is close enough to stores and the boardwalk.

We are very familiar with the Braemar, having my parents as one of the original owners, and now my family rents every summer. This unit , other than my mom's who never rented, was the most clean, and up to date and really delightful!! Loved it and plan to rent with them again next year!

Braemar Towers has all of the features we were looking for and we have rented there many times. The units are well-maintained and each one has a good view of the beach and the ocean. The units on one side of each building also overlook the large pool and deck. When we are in the unit we spend a great deal of time sitting on the balcony!
The buildings are kept quite clean and have a nice family atmosphere. There is a gameroom with some electronic games and ping-pong and air hockey tables.
The rental office is on-site so you don't have to travel elsewhere for check-in or to report any problems. There is one assigned parking space in the lot for each unit, but it is usually easy to find extra parking on one of the two adjacent side streets.
Braemar is in north Ocean City so it's a little less crowded than downtown.
