131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the south side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 color TV's, VCR, premium cable and central air. Parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. Smoking Optional. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

We husband & I could not have been happier with this condo. Everything we needed was there except what we were told to bring. We actually brought too much because I was worried, but there was no reason. It was so great having a washer/dryer right in the condo, and the location was fantastic. Another huge perk was the locker for the beach things. It was so much easier than lugging everything up to the condo every night. The beach was nice & close and very beautiful. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. 2 bathrooms was also great. This would be great for a family or a couple as it can sleep people in both bedrooms and the living room. We will definitely go back again some day.

This condo is a great location for families. Was very clean and the amenities were great. Could do without the carpet in the dining room - otherwise a great place to stay!

Braemar Towers was a wonderful place to stay and, I would definitely stay there again. I only wish that the check-in times were longer. Having a 7 1/2 hour drive to Ocean City it's hard to hit a 2 hour time frame when running into traffic and travel issues. Also, I left a message with someone regarding lost and found. My call was never returned. Your staff was very friendly and helpful, otherwise.

The unit was clean, cool and comfortable after coming in from the beach. The beach was less congested since it was closer to Delaware on 131st street. We stayed around 114th street last year and the beach was packed with people. The location seem less hectic and more relaxing and the unit was in better condition. We would stay there again.
