131st street, ocean front.Braemar Towers is oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This one bedroom, one bath unit is perfect for a family looking to get away. It is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 color TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD player, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. No Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool.

With two young children, this one bedroom condo was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool was close to our room. Very clean and well kept. We will be back.
