131st atreet, ocean front.Braemar Towers is situated on the oceanfront and this unit is on the side of the building with a very nice view of the ocean. Enjoy all the amenities of the Braemar including an outdoor pool, tennis, saunas, exercise room, and even a game room. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a retro feel and is equipped with washer/dryer, premium cable, dishwasher, color TV, VCR, and central air. Reserved parking for one car. Sorry, No Pets. Non-Smoking. There is a $50 building registration fee. Children under 3 must wear swim pants in the pool. NEW KITCHEN FOR 2009!

the apartment was clean, had a great supply of kitchen utensils and supplies, unit was retro and can use an upgrade, but we enjoyed it.

my family & i have stayed at the braemar many times before, but i have to say that i found this years to be especially pleasant. the room we rented was modestly decorated, but roomy and comfortable. we had ample room for our entire party of 6 adults and children. there was only one tv in the entire room, but this actually turned out to be a plus as it gave us the chance to find other things to do. we brought along board games and we played these instead. the service we recieved at check in time was awesome. we got there several hours early, and when we checked in at the office, the staff took our cell phone number and called us when the room was ready. we got to check in early .which was a lifesaver after the long drive. i would definitely recommend the braemar to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and clean place to spend their family vacation!!!
